I can't praise this vitamin enough. I provide it for all three of my children, purchasing a large jar for viral disease prevention. It's incredibly effective as my children rarely get sick at school or kindergarten, which I attribute largely to this product. Feel free to like this if you found it helpful!

Unfortunately, I didn't notice any positive effects on my child's immunity, as the frequency of illnesses remained the same. The only benefit is that my child enjoys them and eagerly waits for the next dose.

Easier illness course
My children love these vitamins! I give them during the autumn and winter as the eldest goes to school. While illnesses do occur, the symptoms are much milder compared to other children in his class. We also supplement with additional vitamin D (500 IU). The taste is appealing, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement in my child's health from these vitamins. Despite starting them before the illness with a dosage of two per day, my children still fell ill and had severe symptoms. They didn't trigger allergies, but I can't say they helped at all.

Limited effectiveness
These vitamins are essential for maintaining the immune system, especially C, D, and Zinc, which many people lack today. The plastic jar is well-sealed, and the jelly bear shape is appealing. Although they are enjoyable to eat and convenient, I find the sugar content off-putting and don't believe they significantly reduced my child's illness frequency, especially since he struggled to take them consistently.
